Publicación: Las competencias ciudadanas desde el seminario interdisciplinar diversofía: una sistematización de experiencias

The purpose of the research was to systematize the Diversofía Interdisciplinary Seminar (SID) that has been developed at the San Bernardino IED School in the city of Bogotá, between 2019 and 2020 with vocational media students. It focuses on the contributions of the Seminar in terms of the development of citizenship skills of its participants. The question that guided the systematization was how did the SID contribute to the development of citizenship competencies with the vocational media students of the San Bernardino School during 2019 and 2020? To answer the central question, a qualitative research framed within the hermeneutical paradigm and a methodology for systematizing experiences was carried out, which had five stages. In the first, guiding questions were formulated for the entire process. In the second, the collection of records such as curricular meshes, personal class notes, photographs and student learning products was included. In the third, the implementation of semi-structured interviews with seven teachers, a focus group and a survey of a group of students was carried out, this with the aim of reconstructing the process experienced in the SID. In the fourth stage, a critical interpretation of the experiences was carried out, through an exercise of categorization and triangulation of the information, the purpose of which was to establish the scope of the SID in the development of citizen competencies. In the fifth stage, the general conclusions and recommendations of the investigation were proposed. As results of the investigation, it was determined through some implemented strategies that the SID achieved the basic development of citizen competencies.

La investigación tuvo como propósito sistematizar el Seminario Interdisciplinar Diversofía (SID) que, se ha venido desarrollando en el Colegio San Bernardino IED de la ciudad de Bogotá, entre los años 2019 y 2020 con estudiantes de media vocacional. Se enfoca en los aportes del Seminario en cuanto el desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas de sus participantes. La pregunta que orientó la sistematización fue ¿cómo aportó el SID al desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas con los estudiantes de media vocacional del Colegio San Bernardino durante 2019 y 2020?. Para responder a la pregunta central se llevó a cabo una investigación de tipo cualitativo enmarcada en el paradigma hermenéutico y una metodología de sistematización de experiencias, que contó con cinco etapas. En la primera se formularon preguntas orientadoras de todo el proceso. En la segunda, se incluyó la recolección de registros como mallas curriculares, apuntes personales de clase, fotografías y productos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. En la tercera, se llevó a cabo la implementación de entrevistas semiestructuradas a siete docentes, un grupo focal y una encuesta a un grupo de estudiantes, esto con el objetivo de reconstruir el proceso vivido en el SID. En la cuarta etapa, se realizó una interpretación crítica de las experiencias, mediante un ejercicio de categorización y triangulación de la información, cuya finalidad fue establecer los alcances del SID en el desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas. En la quinta etapa, se propusieron las conclusiones y recomendaciones generales de la investigación. Como resultados de la investigación se determinó a través de algunas estrategias implementadas, que el SID logró el desarrollo básico de competencias ciudadanas.
