    Una de las necesidades básicas de las personas es tener un lugar dónde vivir, partiendo de este principio fundamental me planteé el objetivo de mejorar a través del diseño la experiencia de búsqueda de inmuebles, gracias a el entendimiento de las necesidades, motivaciones y expectativas del usuario.

    "My family loves horses since a long time ago and that`s why my farm is a breeding stable. It is succesful because all members of the family have a job there and everyone helps. When my grandfather passed away and the stables were in charged of my father we noticed that selling horses is very hard. So it was very interesting to understand the reason of these complications and intervene as a designer. There was when I decided to exploit my passions: design and horses. This document contains information about the participatory research of trading show jumping horses in Colombia. This research guided me to propose "Horse Finder", a project that join the interests of the actors to generate some benefits to all of them." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.

    The increase of single-person households, the decision of young adults to postpone or not have children are some of the most relevant aspects in the transformation of Colombian families, this have led us to the appearance of interspecies families being this a cultural and social phenomenon in the new family composition in which these new families are made of individuals and pets; professional ambitions, the struggle for gender equality and the volatility of life in the city are some of the examples that have reduced the time spent with our pets, the loneliness of this animal is the most relevant problem, for which it is proposed from the design to reduce the loneliness of dogs with owners who lack of time to provide to their pets.
