dc.descriptionEl documento analiza la acción climática en América Latina y el Caribe desde el marco del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 13, destacando la necesidad de fortalecer la adaptación, la resiliencia y la integración del cambio climático en la planificación pública. A partir de una investigación cualitativa realizada en siete países de la región, el estudio identifica oportunidades y recomendaciones de política pública basadas en la cooperación multiactor para impulsar una recuperación socioeconómica post-COVID-19 que sea justa, inclusiva y coherente con los desafíos de la crisis climática.
