Resumen
This document presents findings from an inter-institutional study on the impact of the Temporary Protection Statute for Venezuelan Migrants (TPSVM) on access to healthcare services. Through quantitative and qualitative analyses, the study shows that the TPSVM has improved health system enrollment among migrant women. However, barriers such as discrimination, lack of awareness of rights, and a preference for informal care persist. The research highlights the need to strengthen sexual, reproductive, and maternal-child healthcare, and proposes actions to improve regularization processes, community-level information, and institutional coordination—aiming to ensure dignified and equitable care for this vulnerable population.
