El proyecto inicia a través de unos intereses personales, frente a lo social y los asentamientos informales, aspectos que son de relevancia al intervenir en tejidos urbanos frágiles en la ciudad. El propósito principal, no es de buscar algo nuevo, sino agregar valor a lo existente, de potencializarlo, para así re articular y reconfigurar las centralidades y conectividades materiales e inmateriales, reales y simbólicas. Todo esto, con el fin de proveer y mejorar la calidad de vida de los que suelen estar segregados socialmente, para satisfacer su derecho a la ciudad y brindar una día a día digno, en donde hay un goce pleno y efectivo para la comunidad. Es gracias al análisis que se llega a un sector en el barrio La Cecilia, ubicado en los asentamientos informales de la localidad de San Cristóbal, en Bogotá.
Resumen
The project has a start on some personal interests, regarding social aspects, as well as the current situation the majority of Latin American cities are facing, which are illegal settlements; these subjects are relevant when we intervene in fragile city structures. The main purpose, isn?t to look for something new, instead to add value and potentiate the existing elements, in order to rearticulate and reconfigure the nodes and connections that are tangible and intangible, real and symbolic. This, with the purpose to provide and improve life quality to whom often are socially neglected by society, hence help meet the requirements for the right to the city and provide a dignified day to day, where there is a full and effective enjoyment for the community. Based on the analysis we reach a sector in the La Cecilia, located in the informal settlements of San Cristóbal, in Bogotá.
