Cubierta Performática aims to open the discussion around recovery processes of a lost social fabric through architecture. Taking to the conception of the project the people, their wishes and dreams. Seeing architecture as an opportunity to recover degraded spaces and links between inhabitants of a place is the premise of this thesis. Where through urban renewal it is intended to strengthen the notion of the public, the gradual reconstruction of both the relationships between individuals and individuals with the territory and strengthen the capacities of management and artistic creation.

Cubierta Performática tiene como objetivo abrir la discusión en torno a procesos de recuperación de un tejido social perdido por medio de la arquitectura. Teniendo a la concepción del proyecto las personas, sus deseos y sueños. Ver la arquitectura como oportunidad de recuperar espacios degradados y vínculos entre habitantes de un lugar, es la premisa de esta tesis. Donde a través de la renovación urbana se pretende fortalecer la noción de lo público, la reconstrucción paulatina tanto de las relaciones entre individuos como los individuos con el territorio y reforzar las capacidades de gestión y creación artística.
